Diamond Kitchen and Bath will make every effort to handle any legitimate requests that you have in as expeditious and efficient manner to provide you with the best possible service.

Within a reasonable time after receipt of your detailed Request for Service form, you will receive a call from us. During this call, we will seek to obtain an appointment to investigate and/or to take corrective steps to eliminate all valid warranty issues reported.

Diamond Kitchen and Bath's liability is limited to remedial work on all valid warranty items within one year of the project's completion date.

Service will be provided to homeowners with an expired warranty; however the homeowner will be responsible for all charges including labor and parts accordingly.
